Training and retreats

A communication training practice. It ran four-day residential programmes for senior managers in technology: nonviolent communication workshops, morning Ashtanga, movement and group work, at $1,700 per participant.

Group work. Fourteen programmes ran this way, four days at a time.

How it ran

The first programme was in 2020. By 2022 it had a shape that did not change: four days, residential, a fixed daily rhythm — practice in the morning, nonviolent-communication work through the day, movement and group work in the evening — and a price of $1,700 a head. In one six-month stretch that year it took $70,000.

Numbers

Fourteen programmes delivered between 2020 and 2024. Over three hundred people trained in nonviolent communication, with one-on-one work alongside. Across the same years it earned about five times what Empy did, and I treated it as a side effect. The last programme ran in 2024.
