Housing search bot

2022 · sold

In the spring of 2022 a lot of people needed a flat in Yerevan at the same time, and the listings were scattered across dozens of Telegram groups. I built a bot in three days. It collected rental listings, matched them against what a person had specified, and pushed the matches, with a channel around it for everyone else.

Three weeks after launch I sold it, for $10,000. The channel remains active, with over six thousand members.
